Victory inevitable for club’s fast pairing, in ‘two up’ race
Damp conditions greeted the 12 competitors in a unique time trial that sees riders set off in pairs, riding together and sharing the workload.

Both pairings rode well with Lee and Trevor each recording best times of the year so far.
The field also included no less than two tandem pairings, father and daughter Derek Sanderson and Helen Coleman were riding their first Aegir event of the year.
The shorter distance seemingly brought about improvement from Joe Nash and Andy Clarke.
