Woodhall Spa care home get green light to extend
East Lindsey District councillors approved an application by prospective purchaser Mr R Renfrew to build a communal dining area at Heatherlea House which currently has 17 residents and employs 14 full-time and three part-time staff.
The council’s planning committee voted overwhelmingly in favour of the application for the property which is located at the junction of Tor O Moor Road and Kirkby Lane despite an objection from a neighbour that it would cause loss of light to his property.
