Watch out for ice on Lincolnshire's untreated roads
County residents are being warned about the possibility of scattered wintry showers and ice forming on untreated roads tonight (Saturday).
A forecast summary says cold northerly winds will persist with a scattering of wintry showers, especially near coastal areas, and a frost will appear between those showers,
The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for ice across the East Midlands, including Lincolnshire, especially on untreated surfaces where showers occur.
It says: “Please be aware of the potential for difficult driving conditions and slippery surfaces.”
