Sleaford businessman denies fraud
A businessman has pleaded not guilty to fraud by false representation.
Mahmudur Rahman, aged 41, of New Street, Sleaford, denies dishonestly presenting a photocopy of a fake passport at North Kesteven District Council on February 10 to affect the decision of the licensing authority to allow him to retain a premises licence.
Grantham magistrates adjourned the case to July 20 when Mr Rahman will appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court for the next hearing.
