Kids build up confidence
The pupils enjoyed arts and crafts, played games and made pizzas at the Pyramid Clubs at Whites Wood Lane Junior School and Benjamin Adlard Community School.
The activities, which ran from 11th January to 21st March, build confidence for year three children, who are aged seven and eight.

Children who may benefit from the program are selected from the school’s new intake every year.
Last month, the children had a party with games, drinks and snacks before finishing the project with a trip to Sundown Pet’s Corner. Each pupil was presented with a certificate at assembly.
Teaching and learning mentor Jackie Neal, who organised the 10-week project, said: “We encourage them to make friends which they then take into the playground.”
