Councillor Carl Sherwood, cabinet member for Customer Services, Sport, Leisure and Culture, said: “The fitness MOT sessions are a great way of identifying how fit you are and finding out what you can do to improve your fitness levels. It will only take a short amount of time and could help you identify if you need to make any lifestyle changes. You don’t need to book an appointment; just pop along to one of the sessions.”
