Business savvy Rebecca from Louth secures her own salon
Thanks to help and support from The Prince’s Trust, alongside pitching a well-thought out business plan, Rebecca Doyle has been running Simply Serene on the first floor of Eve and Ranshaw for the past two months.
Rebecca commented: “I worked with The Prince’s Trust to help me put together a plan for the business. I wanted to be able to offer a relaxing space for clients to come in and have their hair and nails done as well as having specialist beauty treatments.”

Mr Sandwith said: “Rebecca made an immediate impression – she was full of ideas and applied herself to the job diligently. She got on well with customers from the word go.
“It came as no surprise that after a few months all those ideas became crystallised and she came to me with a business idea. It was a well thought out, thoroughly professional business plan. We feel that Rebecca’s new business venture represents a new and attractive aspect to our department store.
“Most important of all, it is extremely gratifying to see the venture doing well. We wish Rebecca every success.”
